Warnings ~ Please be aware that every cutting board is made from different pieces of wood, therefore each cutting board is different and unique. The boards may vary in color and grain, they may be darker or lighter and they may engrave slightly lighter or darker than shown based on that particular board used.    When inputting text for personalization, please specify EXACTLY how you want it to read. If you don't want certain words included in your design, please specify this in the personalization box. For example, if the design shows The Halls and the buyer places their order with the name Moore, their cutting board will read  Moore unless they specifically note in the personalization box  The Moore Family or The Moore's   All of our custom cutting boards are made from high-quality wood. Each cutting board is examined carefully prior to beginning the engraving process. Each board is sanded and finished with a high quality food grade butcher block conditioner made from mineral oil and natural waxes so the cutting board will be immediately available for use upon arrival. To preserve the beauty of the board, it is recommended to cut on the side without the engraving.  Please treat the board regularly with a good food grade mineral oil to preserve the life of the board .  DO NOT  place the board in the dishwasher, Do Not soak the board in water. For best results gently rinse the board and dry by hand.  Proofs are provided upon your request. If you don't request a proof your order will be processed with the choices you selected at checkout.  We will contact you if your order has missing information or if we have questions pertaining to your order. If we contact you with proofs or questions and we don't hear back from you within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled and refunded. You are more than welcome to place another order but we do this to ensure you get the correct  product you are purchasing and that we can get the order processed and shipped in a timely manner.  All items are made to order, Please allow 5-8 business days for production prior to shipping. Some items may take less while some custom orders may take more time. If you are in a time crunch please contact us prior to ordering to see if a rush is available.  ** All orders are insured and shipped  Priority mail through the USPS. All orders are inspected prior to shipping. If your product arrives damaged,  a claim on your behalf will need to be filed with USPS. In order to file a claim, they require proof of shipping damage. If your package arrives damaged, please take detailed photos of the packaging prior to opening and of the damaged item.
